Ability to instantiate VMs with an OS install from an abitrary ISO image URL

Use the API to define and build a VM which installs any OS from any ISO image URL. API returns a resource handle for a VNC/SPICE/whatever remote access link to access the install screen of the VM.

The more popular an idea is, the more likely it is to get noticed.
